How To Order
To place and order on our site is simple and easy from start to finish. Below are the steps on how to successfully place an order and receive your item(s).
Browse our online store pages to see the items or products you wish to purchase. When you have made a decision of an item you are interested in, select the item quantity you desire, along with the colour or size of the item (if required). To add the item(s) to your shopping cart for purchase, click the “Add To Cart” button.
To purchase the item(s) you have added to your shopping cart, click the Shopping Cart icon at the top right hand side of your screen. This will open your Shopping Cart in a preview mode. Click “GO TO CHECKOUT”
to proceed to purchase your items.
You will then have the option to checkout with PayPal or use your credit/debit card to purchase your items. If you choose PayPal, you will be able to sign into PayPal and checkout with your PayPal account. If you choose credit/debit card checkout, you will be directed to a secure gateway where you will enter your credit/debit card billing information. Once the transaction is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation message that checkout was successful and an invoice of your purchase will be emailed to you.

Once the transaction was successful and payment is received, we will process and package your order and prepare it for delivery to our specified pick up location. Within 48 hours of your order being processed, you will receive an email informing you that your item is ready for pick up. When you receive this email, you can proceed to pick up your item(s) at Just Ship It on Prince Charles Drive, in the Carey Shopping Centre.
Order Pick Up
After receiving your “Ready for Pick Up” email, you are then able to proceed to the designated pick up location which is at Just Ship It on Prince Charles Drive, in the Carey Shopping Centre. In order to pick up your item(s), please present your invoice and a valid picture ID to show as proof that you are the authorized person to collect the item(s). Once the proper identification is provided, you have no further requirements. Your item(s) will be given to you and the process is finalized.
Be sure to add and Alternative Person for pick up to your order at checkout if you feel your schedule may not allow you to pick up your order in person. No order can be claimed by anyone who is not an authorized name on the order invoice. To add an Alternative Person to your order invoice, click on the Alternative Pick Up Person at checkout, a box will appear and you can enter an authorized name inside the box. See below.
